Even after all we have been through, we still dream of a United Africa of the future. We need unity first and foremost. This unity has to be shown by marches and demonstrations to show the will of the people.
What do the people want and need? We need the law of the land to represent humanity and global citizenship. We want the law to oversee and condemn any infringement against the rights of the people. This is especially true for gender-related and children’s rights.
The Law must strike with justice undeniably to protect against any infringements on human rights be they:
- Political rights
- statutory laws
- informational media
- public safety
Preference must be given to individuals based on their gender preference for office and desk jobs. This is done in the hope of practicing equal and fair rights to employment. It is important to create an environment where individuals can freely express their gender identity. It is also important for them to feel supported in their professional pursuits. This can contribute to a more inclusive and diverse workforce, fostering creativity and innovation. Additionally, by acknowledging and respecting individual gender preferences, employers can show their commitment to upholding human rights. They also promote a work culture that values equality and acceptance.
Public health care must be free or cost-effective next to the private sector healthcare facilities. This ensures that individuals, regardless of their financial status, have access to essential medical services without facing significant barriers. Additionally, by offering competitive cost-effective options, public health care can alleviate the burden on the private sector. This allows for a more balanced distribution of healthcare resources across the population. This can result in an overall improvement in the nation’s healthcare system. It ensures that everyone has the opportunity to get appropriate medical attention when needed.
Public education must also be provided alongside and next to the private schools. It is essential to guarantee that all children have access to quality education, regardless of their economic background. We can cater to the varied needs of students and their families. This is done by offering a diverse range of educational options, including public, private, and charter schools. This ensures that every child has the opportunity to thrive. It helps them reach their full potential. This contributes to a more equitable and inclusive society.
